Month 22 was a great month...family, holidays, food, and Avalon! I'm a bit late in getting this blog entry posted - so let's jump straight to the photos...
Christmas Eve.....we had a great day/evening. My parents and sister were with us from Seattle, which was fabulous. Avalon had the best time ever. She was very excited about the Christmas tree and the presents underneath, and she kept trying to rip the paper off before the big day. She still talks alot about "opening presents"!

Finally opening presents! We opened our family gifts on Christmas Eve, as is our tradition. Santa presents are opened on Christmas Day... Avalon was soooo spoiled and had the biggest pile of gifts ever!

About to open more Santa gifts...

Hope that everyone had a great New Years and that 2011 has started off well. Avalon has been having alot of fun, and getting some new "big girl" experiences.
Emily (and the dogs!) testing out Avalon's new castle...

Christmas morning....more loot for Avalon from Santa! This is Avalon's new big girl table and chair set. She LOVES it! (Thanks to Pop-Pop and Grandma for this!)

Avalon's castle from her babysitter, Rosa!

The castle that now sits in our living room - ha! Yes, we are being overrun by kid stuff!

I almost hate to admit it, but Avalon also had her first experience at the "Golden Arches"...John was craving some McDonalds, so we stopped in and Avalon had her first Happy Meal. She didn't eat much, and she loved the little toy, and kept saying "Yay, Donalds!". Bad mommy!!! :)
Our Mommy and Me class just keeps getting better for Avalon. She tries lots of new things, including playdough (below).

And, of course, Avalon does lots and lots of playing at home! Look at how long her hair is getting!
