26 Months Old!

Hi all,

We have finished Month 26! We are all doing great and have had a busy and action-packed month.

Here are some photos of what we've (read: Avalon) been up to!

Of course, there has been some posing at home...

Avalon recently got introduced to street hockey by our neighbors, Ryan and Alec, and their dad, Michael. They even gave her a special green hockey stick and a pink ball! She was soooo excited.

Daddy got in on the action, too.

We've finally had a few sunny days...so Avalon got to do a little "swimming" in her kiddie pool in the backyard.

And this was a month of birthday parties.... The first was Lexi's second birthday party at Terrenea.

It was a fun party weekend!

Carter also turned two...and Avalon celebrated by diving into the mini-cupcakes!

Wow, the party ended with some kids in the bath together! This was Avalon's first group co-ed bath!

Baby Jack just turned one! He's a big boy now.... Avalon had fun eating treats at the big kids table.

Thanks, Mom! While John and I had some wedding activities to attend for a friend, my mom played, and played, and played with Avalon.

Avalon also went to Adventure Plex for some fun times.

John and I also had a big doctor appointment this month where we learned that we are having another daughter!! I'm especially thrilled and John is getting used to the idea of being seriously out-numbered at home! :)

And finally, big congratulations to our great friends, Scott and Karen, who tied the knot last Saturday. It was special to be able to witness their special day and we wish them a lifetime of love and happiness.

Here's to a great finish of April 2011 for everyone. A year ago, things were not looking so rosy for the Nagel's.....Dad, we are so incredibly happy and grateful that you are still with us and are so healthy now. We love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
